INFORMATION
Canada and USA deliveries available as follows:
Same day deliveries are available in Montreal and surrounding areas if orders are placed before 12:00 pm. Orders received after this time are processed next business day. We require full address and telephone number for the recipient. If address of recipient is wrong, gift basket will be returned, and we will be obligated to charge twice for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. We process orders business days only from Monday to Friday between 9a.m. to 5p.m., excluding holidays.
Delivery rates for the rest of Canada and U.S.A. will be available to you during check out.
U.S.A. delivery dates are approximate, they do not include delays due to customs. It may occur that a delivery does not reach its destination on time, because of circumstances out of our control, we will do everything possible to track-down your order and rectify the situation.
Fruit baskets are available for delivery only in Montreal and surrounding areas.

Christmas Delivery
Since this is our busiest time, please place Christmas and holiday orders as early as possible to insure punctual delivery. Any order after December 15th should be phone in to discuss delivery possibilities.
Taxes
Shipping to:
Quebec, Canada = 7% (G.S.T) + 7½% (P.S.T)
Rest of Canada = 7% (G.S.T.)
U.S.A. = no applicable taxes, custom fees may apply.
Return Policy
All gift baskets leave our store in perfect condition. Damaged boxes should be reported immediately to us so that we can notify the carrier company. We will make all the necessary arrangements to pick up the damaged box, and replace it. A refund will only be given to the
purchaser.
We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with others of equal or greater value.
